Organizational Conflict of Interest Policy

All standing members, including IMC, CAOB, and WG members, will be briefed annually.  The NextGen Institute will maintain rosters of all in attendance for each brief.  The CAP, which is formed and dissolved at the Executive Director’s discretion, will be briefed upon each formation.  All new WG Members, in addition to the annual training, will be forwarded a copy of the OCI policy in the form of Article 28 under the OTA and the current OCI briefing.  We will solicit each new member to review the OCI policy and current OCI briefing to ensure they understand OCI procedures.
