The Contract Award Panel (CAP) for the EMOCS Task Review has been formed. As follows are the three members of the CAP:

~Task S1-07 - Emergency Management Operations Control System (EMOCS)~

    The NextGen Institute announces a formal JPDO request to conduct a study providing information on information sharing regimes, and operator uses of usefulness, as well as an analysis of what type and class of information should be shared with what type and class of operator.  This information will be used for development and analysis of candidate Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) Network-Enabled Information System (NEIS) operating concepts and architectures.

    Parties interested in submitting bids for review should send four hard copies and one electronic copy of bid documents. Bids are not to exceed $350,000. Bids should be addressed to:

    Bids not received before 12:00pm EST on Friday, May 11, 2007 will not be accepted or considered. Anticipated selection date for this task is on or about Friday June 15, 2007.

    The NextGen Institute plans to establish a strict delivery and performance schedule and the selected awardee will be expected to adhere accordingly. Participation in this task request neither prejudices nor provides preferential status for firms bidding on any future JPDO/NextGen Institute implementation activities or work.

    All respondents must acknowledge that any proposed support or effort will be compliant with the terms and conditions of the Other Transactions Agreement (OTA) (see also: OTA Modification addressing OCI , OTA Modification 4, OTA Modification 9, and OTA Modification 11) as posted on the NextGen Institute website and the respondent understands that such terms and conditions are not negotiable.

    Payment is contingent on the receipt of funds from the FAA and satisfactory product acceptance.
